One night, I was lost in dreams. An angel appeared before me and blessed me that I will be an actress. I become very glad to hear it. It is the most attractive job, full of glamor and money. If I become an actress, I will not run after money and act in social films, and films for children.
It is necessary for an actress, to be mentally and physically fit. Therefore, I will do yoga and exercises regularly. I will also spent some money and time for social work.
Now a days they are blamed for their short dresses and actions. I would not do this and act which is fit for our Indian culture. I thanked god for this blessing. Early in the morning, a knock at the door disturbed my dreams, and I woke up.
LIFE IN A HOSTEL
Some students live with their parents and attend their school. A few students live in a hostel. The hostel life has many advantages. Students living in a hostel learn a number of good habits. They are taught to observe certain rules. Study periods are strictly observed. Law breakers are severely punished. They are bound to take part in co-curricular as well as curricular activities. They develop team spirit & quality of leadership. In a hostel one learns to lead a regulated life. Hence, every student must reside in a hostel at least for some time.
If I were a Millionaire
To be a millionaire can be anybody’s dream. It is said that,it is difficult to earn first million,the millions pour in. I wish I were a Millionaire.
Money I would use in – If by the grace of god, I got millions of rupees, I would spend them on neglected claases. I would open an orphanage as to give shelter to down trodden & neglected children. I would provide them good education and make them the best of the citizens. I know they are the strength of the nation.
I would spend a part of money for my personal uses. I would safely invest amount in banks, or in child insurance plans, to make my future safe. I would get regular income so that I may continue my studies in good school and colleges.
After completing my education, I would like to visit some foreign countries also. In this way I would spend my money.
IF I WERE THE PRINCIPAL OF MY SCHOOL
A principal is a very important person in a school. He/she is the leader of all students and teachers.
He /she controls the school. A principal can make a progress of a school. If I become the the principal of my school, I shall do many things. I shall reach the school before time and see that all rooms are clean and the teachers are on time or not. I shall request the teachers to take their classes regularly. I shall be ready to remove the difficulties of the students and help them. I shall see that there is proper arrangement for drinking water. I shall try to make the students feel that the school-building and the furniture are their. They should take a good care of them. I shall teach the students about their duties towards our country.
My pet animal cat
I have a pet cat. It’s name is Winkie. It’s white and grey in color. It has lovely green eyes. It is very soft and furry. It eats fish and drinks milk. It plays with me when I come back from school. It likes to play with ball in the garden. It loves me and shows it’s love by licking me when I come back from school. It sleeps in a small basket near my bed. I love my pet very much and take care of it.

प्रस्तावना:
मुद्रण कला के आविष्कार के बाद जो महत्वपूर्ण चीज सामने आई, वह है समाचार पत्र। प्रतिदिन सुबह सवेरे सारी दुनिया में घटित होने वाली घटनाओं, परिवर्तनों तथा अन्य सब प्रकार की हलचलों की सूचना देने वाला समाचार पत्र आज एक बडी आवश्यकता बन चुका है।
समाचार पत्र का आरंभ:
संसार का सबसे पहला समाचार पत्र कहाँ प्रकाशित हुआ, इस विषय में मतभेद है। समाचार पत्रों का आरंभ चाहे कहीं से भी हुआ हो लेकिन इसके प्रकाश और प्रसार का श्रेय फ्रांस तथा इंग्लैंड को ही जाता है। भारत में समाचार पत्र के रूप में ‘इण्डिया गजट’ सबसे पहले 1780 में प्रकाशित हुआ। हिंदी का पहला समाचार पत्र ‘उदण्ड मार्तण्ड था। ऐसे करते करते प्रदेशिक भाषाओं में समाचार पत्रों का आरंभ हुआ।
विभिन्न सूचनाएँ:
समाचार पत्रों में राजनीति और आर्थिक ही नहीं बल्कि अन्य प्रकार की सूचनाएँ एवं समाचार रहते हैं। ज्ञान विज्ञान से लेकर खेल जगत की सूच्नाएँ समाचार पत्र में रहती है। इसलिए समाचार पत्रों को विश्व जीवन का दर्पण कहा जाता है।
विज्ञापन:
ससमाचार पत्र विज्ञापन के भी बहुत अच्छे साधन है। इन विज्ञापनों में नौकरी और व्यक्तिगत सूचना संबंधी विज्ञापनों से लेकर वैवाहिक, शिक्षा संबंधी विज्ञापनों तथा व्यापारिक विज्ञापन भी सम्मिलित है। पर्वों त्योहारों तथा विशेष अवसरों पर अपने विशेषांक तथा साप्ताहिक परिशिष्ट आदि में समाचार पत्र विशिष्ट सामग्री प्रकाशित करते हैं। इस प्रकार करते हैं। इस प्रकार समाचार पत्र सभी के लिए सिद्ध हैं।
कला और दायित्व:
समाचार पत्रों का सम्पादन एक विशिष्ट कला है, जो एक ओर तो पाठक की जिज्ञासा को जगाता होहै और दूसरी ओरे उसका समुचित समाधान प्रस्तुत करता है। समाचारों का चयन, उनके शीर्षक और भषा प्रयोग में सतर्कता और सावधानी बरतनी आवश्यकता है।
निर्वाह का साधन:
समाचार पत्र आजीविका के भी अच्छे साधन हैं। समाचार पत्रों में काम करने वाले लोगों के अतिरिक्त कागज़ उद्ध्योग, स्याहि उद्ध्योग, विज्ञापन एजेंसियों से लेकर घर घर अखबार पपहुँचाने वाले हॉकरों तक करोडों लोगों की रोजी रोटी समाचार पत्रों से चलती है। अत: हर दृष्टि से समाचार पत्रों की भूमिका महत्वपूर्ण है।
उपसंहार:
दैनिक जीवन मे समाचार पत्र कितनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिकाएँ निभाता है। यह हमें राजनीति से लेकर अन्य देशों के समाचार देता है। महानगरीय जीवन में तो सुबह उठते ही चाय के साथ समाचार पत्र पहली आवश्यकता है। समाचार पत्र का देर से आना भी एक बेचैनी का कारण बन सकता है।
